Job Description

Role & responsibilities (Inside Sales - Night Shift- IT services)

Inside Sales Job Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to potential customers to fix introductory meetings.
Developing new leads through calling initiatives, email marketing and research.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Maintain and expand your customer database of prospects within your assigned accounts.
Explaining the IT service offerings features and benefits to the target customers
Understanding customer needs and pitching suitable TechM service offerings
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Requirements and skills

Proven inside sales experience with a track record of surpassing the targets quota.
Extensive Research knowledge of professional and social networking sites
Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
