About the Opportunity
Web Spiders is hiring an experienced Project Manager with a strong technology backbone and solid exposure to AI-driven solutions for one of our premium clients. This role demands a hands-on Project Manager who has successfully led software projects specifically in the textile manufacturing domain (not retail).
If you are passionate about building high-impact tech solutions, deeply understand manufacturing workflows, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced client-facing environment - this role is for you.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 - 8 years of overall industry experience with at least 4+ years in a Project Manager role.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, automation, digital transformation, and modern technology stacks.
- Proven success in managing software projects within the textile manufacturing domain (mandatory).
- Ability to work with multiple technologiesweb, mobility, cloud, data, ERP systems, APIs, etc.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, user stories, and project documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, client communication, and team leadership skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a deep understanding of manufacturing data, workflow bottlenecks, and digital optimization opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of software development projects with a strong focus on AI, automation, and multi-technology integrations.
- Understand and interpret textile manufacturing processes, production flows, machine-level data, and operational requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams - engineering, QA, design, data science, and client stakeholders.
- Oversee project planning, sprint execution, delivery timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and workflows.
- Ensure project quality, risk mitigation, and adherence to delivery standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, escalations, and progress updates.
- Drive continuous improvements and identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption within manufacturing workflows.
