Job Description
We are looking for an Agile Leader Role.The Scrum Master will play a key role in driving end-to-end project discovery, execution, and delivery within a multi-team, multi-vendor (GSP) IT landscape. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality, predictable, and timely delivery of epics and product increments aligned with the overall roadmap.
This position requires close collaboration with Product Owners, development teams, and senior stakeholders to foster Agile ways of working, manage dependencies, enhance flow efficiency, and promote continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
- Lead Project Discovery, end-to-end execution, and overall project delivery phases.
- Oversee delivery of Product Increments from planning to release.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Epics aligned with project plans and product roadmap.
- Facilitate and guide inception workshops, planning sessions, and Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Planning).
- Support teams in adopting effective estimation and prioritization techniques.
- Manage cross-component dependencies to maintain alignment and seamless delivery.
- Facilitate release planning, release management, and pre/post-release activities.
- Address team impediments, escalating issues to stakeholders when appropriate.
- Use data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Manage Agile metrics and reporting (Velocity, Predictability, Cycle Time, Lead Time, Quality, Ageing, etc.).
- Review C-SAT and KPIs with Product Owners to ensure outcome-based delivery.
- Create dashboards and reports for transparent product development progress.
- Coach teams on Agile processes, ways of working, and adoption of Agile values and principles.
- Identify clear Roles Responsibilities and ensure accountability within the team.
- Facilitate RCA activities, defect lifecycle management, and drive quality improvements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership; influence and engage effectively.
- Ensure Agile culture, collaboration, and mindset are continuously strengthened.
- Bridge gaps with Project Management skills when needed.
- Navigate complex SDLC environments, resolving ambiguity and uncertainties in execution.
- Support scaled Agile practices and alignment across multiple teams and systems.
- Deliver effective communication and presentations to leadership and delivery team
Must have
- Strong experience driving end-to-end project execution and delivery.
- Proven expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies with hands-on facilitation of all Agile ceremonies.
- Extensive experience setting up and customizing Jira/Confluence for Agile project management.
- Strong skills in Agile metrics tracking and reporting (Velocity, Predictability, Lead Time, Cycle Time, etc.).
- Experience managing dependencies across components and coordinating multi-team delivery.
- Ability to manage impediments, risks, and issue escalations.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and ability to navigate ambiguity and complex project environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Solid Agile leadership with proven capability to coach and influence teams.
- Experience with release planning, RCA, and defect handling.
Nice to have
- Experience working within scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or similar).
- Understanding of large-scale enterprise IT landscapes with multi-GSP (Global Service Provider) engagement.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills for leadership communication.
- Broader project management capabilities to complement Scrum practices.
- Experience creating high-visibility dashboards for product and leadership teams.
- Background in Agile transformation and change management initiatives.
