Registry Solution Architect (Lead)

Role Summary
Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of a national domain registry platform for a telecom regulator. Youll translate policy and regulatory intent into a standards-compliant, production-grade registry architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall registry architecture (EPP, RDAP, DNS, WHOIS, escrow, reporting)
• Act as the primary technical interface with regulators and internal stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with ICANN/IANA standards and local regulatory requirements
• Define migration, transition, and cutover strategies from legacy platforms
• Guide implementation teams and validate solution design and delivery

Ideal Profile

• Deep experience with domain registry or large-scale internet infrastructure platforms
• Strong grasp of registry governance, compliance, and regulator language
• Proven ability to lead architecture in high-stake, national-level programs
