Role & Responsibility

- Achieving sales and contribution targets.
- Participating actively in sales promotion programs- ideas, implementation and monitoring.
- Establishing relations with customers through high standards of customer service with a personalized approach.
- Updating and refreshing own selling skills, competitor activities etc.
- Maintaining visual merchandising as per norms.
- Personal grooming of highest standards
- Assist the Store Head in discharging administrative responsibilities.
- Over all manage the store in all capacities in absence of Store Head.

- Must have excellent conversational and interpersonal skills.

Academic Profile:
Graduation from a reputed institute.

Experience Profile:

3 to 8 years of experience in service industry particularly in Luxury retail or hospitalityindustry.

Required Candidate profile

1 to 2 years of experience in service industry particularly in Luxury retail or hospitality
industry.
