Job Description
Copilot Studio Agent Development- Design and build conversational AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Create custom topics, entities, and dialog flows that align with business requirements.
- Implement complex conversation logic and support multi-turn interactions.
- Configure, monitor, and optimize agent performance and natural language understanding.
- Deploy Copilot Studio solutions across various channels, such as Teams, web, and mobile.
- Develop and refine prompts for generative AI scenarios, improving response accuracy over time.
- Implement custom indexers (Azure AI, AWS Open Search etc.)
- Apply principles of AI safety, mitigate bias, and ensure responsible AI development practices.
- Develop intricate Power Automate flows that complement conversational agent capabilities.
- Integrate Copilot Studio bots with automated workflows to enhance user experiences.
- Design robust error handling and exception management within automation processes.
- Implement approval flows, data processing routines, and notification systems.
- Optimize automation performance and address troubleshooting needs as they arise.
- Connect AI agents to enterprise data sources including SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365.
- Implement secure data access and authentication strategies.
- Design and execute data transformation and mapping for various formats.
- Establish real-time data synchronization between interconnected systems.
- Maintain compliance with data governance and security standards.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Produce comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.
- Deliver training and support resources for end users and system administrators.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience (1+ years) with Microsoft Copilot Studio in building and deploying conversational Gen AI agents.
- Expertise in prompt engineering for generative AI models.
- At least 3 years of experience with Power Automate and complex workflow development.
- Strong background in enterprise integration using APIs, connectors, and middleware solutions.
- Proficiency in data management, including SQL, REST APIs, and formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and SharePoint integration.
- Understanding of Microsoft security models and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with the Azure ecosystem is considered an advantage.
