Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement data-driven solutions to complex business problems.
Lead and manage a team of data scientists to achieve project goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and challenges.
Design and implement data models and algorithms to drive business outcomes.
Communicate technical insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements

Strong experience in management consulting, preferably in the IT services or healthcare industry.
Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven solutions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
Experience with data modeling, algorithm development, and statistical analysis.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
