Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behavior and needs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.
- Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects, including user research, wireframes, and final designs.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
