Job Description

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a blended process (voice + non-voice) at a corporate office location in Delhi. The role involves handling customer interactions across calls and system-based tasks while ensuring timely resolution and service quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions through inbound calls and system-based support
Respond to customer queries related to products and service requests
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
Maintain quality benchmarks, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction standards
Follow defined scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines

Candidate Eligibility

Gender requirement: Male candidates only
Education: Graduate from a recognized university (mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support / BPO process
Strong verbal communication skills
Good typing speed and basic computer proficiency
Comfortable working in a blended (voice + backend) role

Work & Shift Details

Location: Delhi
Process Type: Blended (Voice + Non-Voice)
Shifts: Rotational shifts
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Weekly Off: Rotational

Compensation

Annual CTC: 3.5 4.5 LPA
Final salary will be based on experience and interview performance
