Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new Household & Current Account (CASA) customers through field sales and referrals.

• Drive deposit mobilization and maintain healthy account balances.

• Build and manage relationships with individual and business customers.

• Cross-sell products such as FD, RD, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, and Loans.

• Conduct market mapping and identify potential clients in the assigned territory.

• Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance with bank policies.

• Achieve monthly acquisition, revenue, and cross-sell targets.

• Maintain daily activity reports and sales MIS.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
