    Urgent hiring for Business Development Manager (IT Accessories) - Delhi

     

    Position: Business Development Manager Product (IT Accessories) Retail Sales 
    Location: Delhi 
    Experience- 6+ years 
    Ctc- upto 9.6 lpa (depends on interview)
    Working days- 6 days 

     

    Role Overview: 

    The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving retail sales growth and expanding  market presence for IT accessories across the assigned territory. The role involves developing and  strengthening dealer, distributor, and retail networks, managing key accounts, executing sales strategies,  and ensuring product visibility to achieve revenue and profitability targets. 

     

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets. 
    • Identify, appoint, and manage retail partners, dealers, and key accounts within the territory. 
    • Drive secondary sales through effective retail engagement and relationship management. 
    • Ensure optimal product placement, merchandising, and brand visibility across retail outlets. 
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth  opportunities. 
    •  Coordinate with distributors to ensure adequate stock availability and timely replenishment. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade schemes, and product launches. 
    • Conduct regular retail visits to review performance, provide training, and gather market feedback. Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review. 
    •  Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 

     

    Qualifications & Experience: 

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline. 
    •  48 years of relevant experience in retail sales/business development within IT accessories,  mobile accessories, or consumer electronics industry. 
    •  Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding retail networks.
