Urgent Hiring || ServiceNow HAM/SAM Architech || pune

Profile :- ServiceNow HAM/SAM Architect

Experience:  812+ years (5+ years in ITAM)

CTC : Good hike on current

Location Hybrid / WFH 

Working days 5days (9 to 6pm or 10 to 7pm)

 

Role Summary:

 

Lead enterprise-scale Hardware and Software Asset Management implementations with focus on compliance, optimization, and lifecycle governance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

* Architect HAM Pro & SAM Pro implementations.

* Define asset lifecycle processes (Procure  Deploy  Maintain  Retire).

* Lead software normalization, reconciliation, and compliance implementation.

* Implement publisher packs and compliance dashboards.

* Design integrations with ERP, SCCM, Intune, Jamf, and cloud subscription platforms.

* Provide audit readiness strategy and cost optimization recommendations.

* Conduct workshops and prepare architecture documentation.

 

**Required Skills:**

 

* Strong experience in HAM Pro & SAM Pro.

* Deep understanding of licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, SAP).

* Experience managing large asset environments.

* Strong reporting and compliance dashboard expertise.

 

**Certifications (Preferred):**

CSA, CISHAM, CISSAM, ITIL
