Description
Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys as needed to understand client needs.
  • Analysis and Documentation: Analyze complex business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Create clear and comprehensive business requirement documents, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Ensure that proposed solutions align with business goals and objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support business decision-making. Generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present key insights to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with testing teams to develop test plans and test cases. Ensure that solutions meet the defined requirements and are free of defects.
  • Change Management: Assist in managing the change process by identifying potential impacts on business processes, organization, and systems. Develop change management plans and training materials as needed.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
