Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Team player: Delivers effectively with teams; interpersonal skills, communication skills, and risk management skills
• Complete ownership and delivery of e2e features, production infra or CI/CD initiatives
• Write well-designed, testable, readable & efficient code in Python
• Write automated unit and integration tests
• Own DB migrations across MongoDB and Postgres
• Guide QA teams towards efficient validation of high-risk functional & system tests
• CI/CD deployments on Amazon AWS & MS Azure Cloud Platforms
• Optimise applications for maximum reliability, performance & scalability
• Drive feature implementations independently to completion
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, project planning & tracking activities
• Understand, contribute & evolve Numinos best practices for design & coding best practices

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures & algorithms, networking, RDBMS, and distributed computing
• 10+ years of experience with 3-8 years of experience on Python Stack, Behave, PyTest, Python Generators & async operations, multithreading, context managers, decorators, descriptors
• Python frameworks: FastAPI, Flask or DJango or SQLAlchemy
• Deep DB expertise with experience in data modelling, complex queries: Postgres, MongoDB
• Expertise in REST APIs design, Authentication, and Single Sign-on
• Expertise in GCP or AWS & MS Azure Cloud Platforms
• Experience in delivering solutions with high performance and scale criteria
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Redis Cache, Microservices
• Experience in LINUX OSs, Web Servers & LBs: Apache, Tomcat, NGINX
