Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
Operations & Maintenance Civil works. Maintenance of civil works including water line, sewage line , drains etc. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. Conduct condition assessment of all civil structures and buildings . Ensure serviceability of all civil structures and equipments. Co-ordinate with terminal managers and other stake holders for maintenance. Check and certify monthly water billings of KWA . Taking water meter readings of all retail outlets and agencies. Compliance with all necessary safety standards Focus on energy optimization and technology upgradation to ensure system runs at highest possible efficiency. Capex Works: Plan and execute capex projects .. Prepare detailed BOQs and project documentation. Collaborate with design teams for technical inputs. Conduct technical evaluations for vendor selection. Support vendors with AEPs and resource mobilization. Monitor site execution and ensure timely progress. Prepare service entry and measurement sheets. Perform HOTO and issue completion certificates to finance. Process & Compliance Develop and implement SOPs for all civil maintenance works . Ensure all work is executed in compliance with SOPs and safety standards. Monitor and enforce SLAs with vendors. Inventory Management Monitor and manage spare parts inventory. Ensure availability of critical spares at optimal levels. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/masters degree in electrical engineering. 3 to 5 years of experience in civil maintenance /project works. Strong understanding of safety standards. Prior experience as maintenance/Project engineer in civil works. Experience in project planning, execution, and vendor management. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and compliance.
