POSITION TITLE: Senior Software Engineer
REPORTING TO: Associate Director
REPORTING LOCATION: Bengaluru

SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES:
We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CRM using .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining CRM solutions that align with business goals and enhance customer engagement.
Job description:
Collaborate with business analysts to analyse and refine CRM requirements
Design and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365 CRM
Develop client-side scripts using JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML web resources
Build and maintain server-side components using C# and .NET Framework
Create and manage entities, forms, views, dashboards, and charts
Integrate CRM with external systems via REST APIs, Web Services, and middleware
Perform data migration and ensure data integrity across environments
Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) for low-code/no-code solutions
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features in iterative sprints
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization
Coordinate with DevOps teams to manage solution deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and environment configurations
Maintain technical documentation and support deployment processes
Stay current with Microsoft updates, best practices, and new features
Preferred Experience:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or equivalent
Proficient in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, jQuery
46 years in Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) development
Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Power Platform
Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, OData, SDK, SQL Server, FetchXML
Experience with model-driven apps and canvas apps
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Exposure to Azure services and cloud architecture
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
