About Position:
A Scrumfocused Project Manager responsible for driving Agile delivery, coordinating Data Lake enhancements, and ensuring highquality, efficient project execution.

What You'll Do:
- Understand the data landscape and technical deliverables for development/enhancement projects in the Data Lake.
- Work closely with stakeholders to thoroughly understand business requirements and support estimation activities.
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the organization.
- Drive work effectively and efficiently across teams.
- Guide and coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Ensure seamless collaboration within crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality outcomes.
- Partner with the Product Owner/Developer to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including:
- Daily Standups
- Sprint Planning
- Sprint Reviews
- Sprint Retrospectives
- Identify, analyze, and remove impediments to maintain progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and Agile metrics to ensure timely delivery of highquality solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and Agile principles throughout the project lifecycle.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including experience managing international clients).
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
- General conceptual understanding of programming and database querying.
- Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional environments.
- Handson experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
- SAFe Certification
- Kanban Certification
- Data Lake Certification
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, agile environment.
