  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in customer service and IT domain to effectively manage insurance claims.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to assess claims data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance as a nice-to-have skill to enhance domain expertise.
  • Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model and rotational shifts to meet business needs.
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development to enhance skills and industry knowledge.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) ITIL Foundation Certification.
