Job Description
Should be willing to relocate to Vietnam and must have native level proficiency in Tamil
Role & Responsibilities
- Review and moderate audio / picture / text content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
- Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive audio / picture / text material.
- Document and report trends, patterns, and potential risks in user-generated audio / picture / text content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe and trusted platform environment.
Income
- Base Salary: 19,000,000 VND/month.
- Meal allowance: 500,000 VND/month.
- Monthly KPI Incentive: Up to 1,200,000 VND/month.
- 100% salary in 2-month probation time.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Tamil (native-level fluency).
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) over and above any one native language listed.
- Deep understanding of regional slang, music, pop culture, and linguistic nuances in your native language.
- High level of maturity and judgment to identify and evaluate nuances vs. non-essential content for the platform.
- Flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willing to relocate to Vietnam and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Work Schedule
