  • As we expand, our applications (resident-facing app + internal operations tools) must become faster, cleaner, and more reliable. This role is critical to that mission.
  • Role Overview
  • We are hiring a technical Product Manager (Applications) who can convert messy on-ground workflows into structured, scalable product systems.
  • This is not a roadmap-only role.
  • This is an execution-heavy, systems-driven PM role.
  • You will work closely with Engineering, CX, Operations, and Leadership to design, ship, and iterate operationally critical workflows.
  • What You Will Own
  • 1. Resident-Facing Application Workflows
  • Support & complaint management
  • Service requests & maintenance tracking
  • Updates & communication flows
  • Payment journeys (if applicable)
  • Community/events & add-on service journeys
  • 2. Internal Operations Systems
  • Ticket lifecycle design
  • SLA tracking & escalation logic
  • Assignment & ownership rules
  • Audit/checklist workflows
  • Closure validation & reopen logic
  • 3. Data & Reporting Reliability
  • Clean status/taxonomy structures
  • Event instrumentation
  • KPI dashboards for leadership
  • Reporting systems that operations can trust
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Problem Discovery & Prioritization
  • Spend time with on-ground staff, CX, and Ops teams
  • Identify bottlenecks and convert them into structured problem statements
  • Prioritize high-impact improvements using data and business context
  • Product Specification & Clarity
  • Write strong PRDs with flows, edge cases, non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Define test scenarios before development begins
  • Ensure zero ambiguity before handoff to engineering
  • Execution & Release Ownership
  • Drive sprint cadence (backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT coordination)
  • Manage releases and post-release quality monitoring
  • Iterate based on live data and operational feedback
  • Workflow & Systems Design
  • Build scalable ticket logic
  • Define SLA, escalation ladder, and reopen validation
  • Align product logic with SOP-based execution systems
  • Metrics & Adoption
  • Define KPIs (TAT, SLA breach %, reopen rate, adoption rate)
  • Run pilots measure refine scale
  • Drive measurable improvements across properties
  • Must-Have (Technical Background Mandatory)
  • Prior experience shipping mobile/web applications or internal tools
  • Strong comfort with APIs, integrations, and data flows
  • Ability to debug issues via logs and ask the right technical questions
  • Experience writing detailed product specs for engineering teams
  • Data-oriented mindset (analytics familiarity; SQL is a plus)
  • Strong written communication and structured thinking

  • Background as Developer / QA / Business Analyst / Implementation Specialist
  • Experience in hospitality, co-living, real estate, logistics, or ops-heavy businesses
  • Exposure to ticketing systems, workflow engines, or SLA-driven operations
  • Experience improving operational productivity via product interventions
