Job Description: InstructionalDesigner

The role requires developing high quality technical E-Learnings for Siemens Security portfolio products. The E-Learnings developed would be used for self-paced learning globally within the Siemens world and made available on a global Siemens learning platform.

Responsibilities :

• He / She shall be responsible to understand the scope of the E-Learning and then create a storyboard and then use E-Learning authoring tools to develop them in a time bound manner
• He / She shall be responsible to align and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to make the required infrastructure (product setup) ready. And also reviewing the E-Learning for technical correctness with SMEs.

Skills and Qualification:

• Possess working knowledge of graphic designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Understanding or working knowledge of E-Learning Authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Camtasia
• Understanding or working knowledge in Instructional Designing for E-Learnings (Experience in Instructional designing for Technical E-Learnings would be definitely an added advantage)
• Must possess good command in written English and be able to write voice over texts
• Must be min graduate with B.E / B. Tech in Computer Science/IT or B.Sc in Computer Science/IT or equivalent (to comprehend technical E-Learning topics)
