Job Description
Role:
To foster a positive and inclusive online environment by identifying and removing content that promotes Hate Speech & Harassment or any other form of abuse.
Primary Skill:
- Candidates who have prior experience particularly in Content moderation (more than 1.5 years)
- Candidate should have basic knowledge on Hate and Harassment workflow.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proactive and positive approach to tasks.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- To review the complex videos and take the decisive action
- Consistent, high-quality scores, minimum expectation is 95%
- Understanding the customer requirement and able to work independently
- Providing the solution to meet the customer requirements
- Candidate should have advanced problem solving and escalation skills
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness: To understand and respect diverse perspectives and backgrounds
- Attention to detail: To accurately review large volumes of content and identify subtle nuances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Perception to Perspective: To have unbiased approach while reviewing the content
OTHER DETAILS:
- Work from Office.
- 2-way transport availability.
- 5-day work (2 rotational week offs).
- Graduation Mandatory.
- Work Location: Bagmane Tech Park, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru
- Immediate joiners and less than 15 days of notice period are eligible.
