Job Description
NoBroker - Home Renovations is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing the home interior
industry. We specialize in providing hassle-free, affordable, and high-quality renovation and
interior solutions to our customers.
As a Vendor Manager your responsibility includes:
- Finding and on boarding Vendors for various work categories such as flooring, tiling,
false ceiling, civil works, modular fittings, on-site carpentry, etc. in Interior and Modular
Domain.
- Monitoring vendors to ensure compliance with company policies, attending company
meetings, and informing new vendors of their responsibilities.
- Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.
- Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products and services, inquire about their
services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.
- Implementing vendor selection programs to ensure that the best vendors are secured.
- Conducting interviews with new vendors and informing approved vendors of their
responsibilities and obligations.
- Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them.
- Continually monitoring sales trends to determine which products are more popular than
others.
- Should ensure that SLA's are followed.
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of total work experience in construction domain, prior experience in
Interior/Renovation Domain is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Vendor Management driving metrics such as
cost reduction, vendor development and onboarding, etc.
- BE/ B Tech - Civil Engineering, or Masters in Construction Management/ Home Interiors
and related field, from reputed colleges (NITs/ State Engineering Colleges/ NICMAR)
