Job Description

Essential Skills

Technical

Trained in SAP ABAP / Java; global SAP ABAP certification preferred.
Knowledge of Data Dictionary, Reports, Smartforms, Adobe Forms, Enhancements, BAPIs, CDS views & AMDP, OO & Advanced ABAP, SAP UI5 & ODATA services (added advantage).
Familiarity with integrations (E-Invoice, E-way bill, etc.), RAP & BTP (added advantage).
Ability to operate independently and learn quickly.

Professional:

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams on business-critical projects.

Personal

Understanding of business objectives and organisational structure.
Strong work ethic, trustworthiness, and attention to detail.
Commitment to excellence, collaboration, and proactive thinking.
Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple daily deadlines.
Negotiation and persuasion skills for working with partners and implementing changes
