Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of medical coders in the coding process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Review and edit codes to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for coding procedures, policies, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to coding errors or discrepancies.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in medical coding (CPC certified).
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS Level II codes.
• Experience in anesthesia coding using E/M or other relevant software.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
