Job Description
Position Team Leader - Medical Officer
Location Mumbai (Andheri East, Seepz)
Basic Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of Doctors.
- Ensure optimal productivity and performance of the team.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to address day-to-day operational requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate and appropriate results.
- Conduct training and onboarding for new joiners.
- Organize refresher training sessions for existing team members.
- Take ownership of cost management and productivity metrics for the business unit.

Qualification BAMS/ BHMS/ BDS/ BUMS/ BEMS/BSMS
Shift Timing: 8 hrs day shift
Skills
- Fresher doctors are welcome or some prior exposure or sound understanding of Tele/Video MER process.
- Permanent or provisional registration number is a MUST.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have Eye for details, Good Communication skills and Ability to Identify Gaps.
