Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will work on diverse datasets, build predictive models, and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver datadriven solutions that support business decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Cleaning
Gather large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple internal and external sources.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity through preprocessing, validation, and cleansing.
Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and insights.
Use statistical methods and visualizations to support deeper understanding of business problems.
Model Development
Design and implement predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning and statistical techniques.
Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy using optimization and finetuning techniques.
Data Visualization & Reporting
Create dashboards, reports, and data stories for technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Present actionable insights using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python visualizations, etc.
Collaboration
Work closely with business leaders, data engineers, software developers, and other teams to deploy datadriven solutions.
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Python or R, machine learning libraries (scikitlearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Handson experience with SQL, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
Understanding of statistical techniques, hypothesis testing, and model evaluation.
Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
