What youll build-
In your role you will
- Architect and deliver AI use cases for the CX sales and Service Cloud Platform.
- Drive AI change management and enablement.
- Define and execute our internal AI strategy and roadmap.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
- Technically lead and mentor a team of AI Experts and AI Developers while maintaining strong hands-on coding and prototyping.
- Drive SAP s thought leadership in enterprise Agentic AI through
- Drive responsible AI governance (policies, risk management, privacy, security and audit readiness).
What you bring-
- Strong AI foundations incl. GenAI, LLM concepts (transformers, prompting, RAG, function-calling, fine-tuning, adapters).
- Enterprise Architecture for AI: APIs, Microservices, Security & Integration.
- Agentic AI concepts and protocols (Model Context Protocol, Agent-to-Agent protocol, Agent Communication Protocol)
- DevOps and MLOps practices.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Strategic planning and portfolio management (including business case development, efficiency gains, total cost of ownership et al).
- Executive communication and influence: Clear and concise writing for stakeholder communication (strategy papers, decision memos et al).
