We are hiring a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer who is ready to take the next big step in their career with an exciting opportunity to relocate from India to the UAE. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and system-related issues
  
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and access permissions
  
• Handle basic networking issues (LAN/WAN/VPN)
  
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely resolution
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  
• 4 plus years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support
  
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Willingness to relocate to UAE
  

Mandatory Requirement:

• Valid Passport with minimum 6 months validity (mandatory)
