Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Elite Relationship Manager at Equitas Bank.

Role: Elite Relationship Manager

CTC: Up to 10.50 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with premium banking clients.

Handle high-value portfolios, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking and investment products.

Ensure compliance with bank policies and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate with experience in Relationship Management or Wealth Management.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Prior experience in managing HNI/NRI clients will be preferred.
