Entry Time: 10:00 AM 12:30 PM
Venue: TCS Gitanjali park, Plot-II/F/3 Action Area -II, K Block, Gitanjali Road, Newtown, Rajarhat, International Financial Hub (CBD), Kolkata, West Bengal 700156, India.
Eligibility Criteria:
0 30 days Notice Period (Immediate Joiners) Preferred
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar
Should be flexible with night shifts & rotational shifts
Candidates must have a registered EP ID
Things To Carry:
Candidates must carry a copy of their updated resume
It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive
Please carry 2 Photocopies of original Aadhar or PAN card
Candidates must carry a passport size photo
Key Reponsibilities:
- Responsible for performing general accounting activities.
- Lease transaction processing
- Processing Journals and preparing GL/SL and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of accounting records.
- Prepare various reports.
- Assist to provide variance analysis and commentaries.
- Month-end Close
- Passing monthly Journal Entries and performing checks
- Accounting to Fixed Assets transfer, Capex
- Thorough working knowledge of Inventory Accounting, Opex
- Thorough working knowledge of financial recons & reporting
- Working knowledge of Tax Reconciliations & Bank Reconciliations
Skills and Experience:
- Language requirement English
- Strong analytical skills, Communication
- Excellent Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good understanding and experience of Oracle Finance Module or any other ERP
- Observant to system issues /new situations / etc
- Works well under pressure to meet SLAs and deadlines.
- Candidate should be ready to work in ANZ shift.(4AM to 2PM)
- Should possess positive attitude to support the business.
- Should be flexible for working hours.
- 5 days work from office is mandatory
