Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Backend Node.js) who is

passionate about building modern, scalable backend systems. You will play a key

role in designing APIs and services that power product experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js

Design and implement APIs using GraphQL

Build scalable microservices-based architectures

Work with MongoDB for schema design, data modeling, and performance

optimization

Collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end

solutions

Write clean, testable, and maintainable code

Participate in design discussions and technical decision-making

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand product

requirements

Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability

Required Skills

1 years of backend development experience

Hands-on experience in the with:

• Node.js
• MongoDB
• GraphQL
• Microservices architecture

Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and API design

Experience with REST and event-driven systems

Soft Skills & Mindset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong product understanding and learning capability

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Proactive problem-solver with a product-first mindset

Ownership mindset and attention to detail

Comfortable working in fast-paced product environments

Good to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization

Knowledge of security best practices

Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
