Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Must have min experience in:
- APAC Employee Relations Experience (Min 2 yrs)
- APAC Country Coverage (34 countries)
- APAC Employment Laws Exposure (APAC)
- Workplace Investigation / Case Management
- Code of Conduct / Ethics Cases experience and handled cases
- Educational Qualification LLB mandatory
Skills & Experience in
Education: Law degree (LLB or equivalent) required
preferred Employee Relations or Employment Law
Proven track record of handling complex ER cases across multiple APAC countries
Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws in the listed APAC countries.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities across diverse geographies.
Shifts in which the candidate will work
- Primary: India time zone
- Secondary: Must be flexible to align with Israel time zone as needed
