Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Claims Adjudication: Reviewing and analyzing medical documentation for hospitalization claims to verify authenticity and necessity.
• Pre-Authorization Approval: Evaluating, approving, or denying cashless treatment requests based on policy coverage and medical validity.
• Medical Review & Scrutiny: Checking the treatment protocol, medication, and diagnosis to ensure they are appropriate for the patient's condition.
• Coordination & Communication: Acting as a bridge between treating doctors in hospitals and insurance providers to clarify, negotiate, or justify treatment plans.
• Grievance Handling: Addressing queries and disputes related to claim settlement and policy coverage.
