Job Description

Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team for the process Medical Reviewing or Medical Abstraction

- Allocate daily work, monitor productivity, accuracy and TAT

- Conduct audits, QC and feedback sessions

- Ensure that compliance guidelines is being followed

- Prepare reports, performance metrics etc

- Train, mentor and coach the junior users

- Coordinate and work along with your peers

Preferred candidate profile

- 7+ years in medical coding with minimum 1 year experience as Team Leader

- Ability to handle a team size of minimum 20 users

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience with US clients is an add on
