Role: Loss Mitigation (Outbond Process)
Location: Noida
Salary: Upto 4 LPA
Shift: 24x7 US Shifts | 5 Days Working (Rotational)

Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced professionals for US Banking International Voice support. This role involves managing high-volume, back-to-back customer calls while ensuring compliance, service quality, and delivering exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Requirements:
-Excellent English communication with US customer handling experience
- Ability to manage back-to-back calls
- Willingness to work in 24x7 US shifts
