Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead a team of Application Support Engineers to resolve complex technical issues related to .NET applications, SQL Server databases, and Active Directory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, tutorials, and documentation for internal use by the IT department.
Provide expert-level guidance on Windows application development using C#.

Job Requirements :

7-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in .NET web application development.
Strong understanding of SQL Server database management systems (T-SQL) and ability to troubleshoot complex queries.
Experience working with Active Directory infrastructure including user account management, group policies, and access control.
