Software Engineer I Frontend (Next.js, React, Redux)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer I (Frontend) to build intuitive, performant, and scalable web applications. You will work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop modern web applications using Next.js and React.js
• Implement predictable state management using Redux
• Translate product requirements and designs into clean, responsive UI
• Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and accessibility
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs
• Write reusable, maintainable frontend components
• Participate in code reviews and UI/UX discussions

Required Skills

• 0-1 year of frontend development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in the last 1 year with:
• Next.js
• React.js
• Redux
• Tailwind css
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with modern frontend tooling and build systems

Soft Skills & Mindset

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong product understanding and learning capability
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solver with a product-first mindset
• Ownership mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in fast-paced product environments

Good to Have

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with component libraries and design systems
• Basic understanding of SEO and performance optimization
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization
• Knowledge of security best practices
