Job Description

Job Profile: US Mortgage Analyst
Location: Noida
Shift 5:30 pm 2:30 AM IST

• Review requests for US Mortgage to ensure they are complete and can be moved to underwriting.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of complete applications.
• Perform financial analysis to determine borrower eligibility based on investor or insurer programs and guidelines.
• Issue approval letters to customers and monitor trial periods, if applicable.
• Generate final terms for workout agreements.
• Collaborate with the title team to review property reports and ensure clear title for modifications.
• Process reviews and handle No Doc & Streamline related programs
• Partner with vendors to generate modification and partial claim documents.
• Review and quality check executed modification/partial claim documents for accuracy.
• Initiate document recording with the County Clerks Office.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of loss mitigation processes, investor/insurer guidelines, and mortgage regulations.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
