Lead Data Engineer - Senior Data Engineer @ Happiest Minds

Job Description

Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering. Strong hands-on expertise in: SQL (advanced queries, performance tuning) Python / PySpark Spark (distributed data processing) Azure Data Factory / Fabric Data Pipelines / Databricks (or equivalent) Data Warehousing concepts Experience with: Lakehouse architecture Cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Data modeling & schema design Experience building large-scale data platforms (structured & semi-structured data). Strong understanding of data governance & security. Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Synapse. Knowledge of streaming tools (Event Hub / Kafka). Familiarity with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps / Git / CI-CD). Exposure to retail / supply chain / enterprise domains (if applicable).
