Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Join the dedicated healthcare team at Manipal Hospital, Kharadi. We are looking for skilled and patient-centric Phlebotomists to join our Home Collection division. You will be responsible for delivering professional diagnostic services directly to our patients' homes while maintaining our 100% SOP compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Sample Collection: Travel to patient locations to perform safe and accurate blood draws (venipuncture and capillary).
Clinical Excellence: Ensure 100% adherence to clinical protocols for sample handling, labeling, and transportation to the lab.
Service Standards: Provide empathetic patient care that aligns with our hospitals high satisfaction standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of collections and ensure all digitalization requirements are met on the Date of Joining (DOJ).

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: DMLT / MLT / B.Sc. MLT.
Experience: 15 years in Phlebotomy (Home Collection experience is a major plus).
Skills: Excellent needle work, knowledge of vacutainers, and strong communication skills.
Requirements: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for home visits.
