Job Description

Kaizen SRA Technologies (I) Pvt limited, is a 15+ Year old - staffing and software development enterprise catering staffing and technical solutions for major fortune listed big d companies across various global locations.
Position: HR Recruiter
Market/Region: Domestic (PAN INDIA) - Day Shift
Exp levels: 1 - 3 Years

Scope:
The candidate would be working on Niche/Super Niche skilled work orders on Fortune listed companies placed all through PAN India locations. Also, would be trained in ATS System Reporting, Client Portals, CSM etc.
Required Skills:
Should have good hands on exp and knowledge of recruitment process, validation and candidate management.
Tech savvy and hands on exp in Monster, Naukri Portals.
Good Communication Skills - both written & oral
Above average proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word & Excel)
Should be passionate about recruitment and customer service
Academia:
Must be a regular bachelor degree holder BCA, BSc, BE/B.Tech in (IT/CSE/Engg), MCA, MSc, M.Tech; prefer PG - MBA HR
Walkin Date: 01 - 06 JUNE 2020
Time: 11 AM - 5 PM

Should be an IMMEDIATE JOINER (0-7 days Only).
