Should have minimum 4+ years of experience in BPO.
International Voice experience is mandate.
Should have been designated as a Team Lead for at least 2 years on papers.
Should be able to calculate Attrition, Shrinkage, AHT.
Should be aware of NPS, Repeat & Churn.
Should be aware of Occupancy and Utilization formulas.
Candidate should have good communication.
Location: Preferred Chennai based candidates.

Shifts timings

Complete night shift

Week Off

5 Days working, 2 days week off
Only female candidate preferred
