Job Description
We are looking for a CA Qualified or SemiQualified (Inter CA/IPCC) professional with strong experience in Accounts, Finance, and Taxation. The role is based at our Faridabad office and requires close coordination with cross-functional teams.

Experience: 1 - 3 years post-qualification
Position Type: Temporary Contractual (extendable based on performance)
Working Days: 6 days/week
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and annual budgets.
- Handle direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, filings, and audit support.
- Support statutory, tax, and internal audits while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management review.
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and tax authorities as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- CA Qualified / Semi-Qualified (Inter CA / IPCC).
- 1 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, audit, finance, and taxation.
- Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS & statutory compliances.
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on Oracle ERP (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Location Preference
Candidates residing in Faridabad or nearby areas will be preferred due to operational and onsite requirements.
Compensation: Up to INR 10 LPA, based on experience and skillset.
