Job Description
Job Requirements -
Required skills
- Proven experience of 0-3 years in contract administration or a similar role.
- High attention to detail and meticulous with strong organizational and reporting abilities.
- Problem solver with passion for process improvement and delivering results.
- Experience in ATM industry (Preferable)
- Basic Accounting knowledge (Preferable)
Preferred Requirements for the role (nice to have)
- Business/ accounting background
- Ability to communicate assertively but firmly with Australian and New Zealand Clientele.
Skills:
- A team player who can work independently as well having a pro-active solution focused mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in timely manner with ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work collaboratively with internal Australian teams and external stakeholders in Australia and New Zealand.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelors/ PG/Masters Degree preferably in accounting
Work Hours/Schedule :
5 days a week starting at 6 or 7am local time (IST) to synchronize with AU time (AEST). Earlier start if possible is preferable.
This is because there is 5 and half hours of time difference. If the candidate starts at 7am local time. This will be 12:30 pm in Australia.
