Job Title: Customer Care Executive Telecalling & Telesales

Location: Mumbai - Andheri east , Gurgaon - Sec 18

Experience:  Fresher to 5 years

Industry: Any (Banking / Real Estate / Telecom / EdTech / BFSI  / NBFC preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain proper call records and update CRM/system.
• Resolve customer queries and provide proper information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Build good customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.


Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Confident and positive attitude.
• Sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure.
• Good convincing skills.


Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Salary: As per company norms + Incentives
