Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze property-level performance metrics (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Revenue, Margin).
  
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for the Visakhapatnam market.
  
• Identify revenue leakage, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  
• Work closely with Business Development, Supply, and Operations teams to drive growth.
  
• Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for leadership reviews.
  
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market intelligence analysis.
  
• Support demand forecasting and pricing strategy recommendations.
  
• Monitor partner performance and highlight risk accounts.
