Technical Solution Architect @ Motivity Labs

Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years as a Solution Architect.with excellent project management skills. Ideal candidate would also have: Designing and implementing complex IT solutions for businesses.
• Analysing requirements and architecting solutions.
• Developing project plans and overseeing software development and integration processes.
• Integrating diverse software systems and designing scalable cloud architectures.
• Background/ experience software development processes and best practices.
• Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams
• Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed
• Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented
• Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have
• Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs and budgets.
• Strong background in Java Full Stack Development.
• Deep knowledge of Microservices, API Design, Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Proficiency in databases (SQL & NoSQL) and integration frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills / Good to Have:

• Cloud Certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, GCP Architect, TOGAF).
• Experience in pre-sales, RFP/RFI solutioning, and client presentations.
• Exposure to Big Data, AI/ML, or advanced analytics solutions.
