Job Description

7-9 years of Experience as a Test Lead
Assign tasks to the team members & manage workload efficiently
Tracking project milestones and deliverables
Keeping track of new requirements from the project
Coordinate with users for inputs, review, and approvals
Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation
Report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defects
Ensure adherence to test processes
Daily Defect DiscussionsManaging and monitoring work of team
