1. Achieve / Exceed the sales targets assigned
2. Drive employee adoption for the health care programs in the corporates signed up with The company through Broker
3. Deliver the results on product mix across OPD, AHC & EAP categories
4. Identify and realize the new opportunities / segments
5. Build the relationships with potential partners like Insurance Brokers, TPA, etc., and engage with them to scale up business
6. Accountable for customer experience in the corporates engaged
7. Accountable for P&L at the customer level
